Our prices are always straightforward, competitive, and free of hidden costs.
If your video tapes aren’t full, we adjust the price based on footage, ensuring you never overpay.

Delivery time
- Standard-Processing: The average processing time is 2 to 3 weeks.
- Prior-Service: Everything is guaranteed to be ready within 7 business days (+10%).
- Express-Service: Everything is guaranteed to be ready within 2 business days (+25%).
Please note that shipping time is not included in the processing time. To eliminate shipping time, you can always pick up your materials in person. We are happy to assist you. Always contact us for larger quantities with Express-Service.
Additional Services
- Repairing a broken video tape: €15 per break.
- Standard conversions for video tapes from other countries (NTSC, M-PAL, SECAM, etc.): +25%.
- Cleaning of tapes with mold damage or other issues, contact us

Notes
- If your video tapes are empty, there will be no charges.
- If your video cassettes contain TV recordings, we will not transfer them, there will be no charges.
- We do not charge additional fees for rewinding your cassettes
- All files can always be copied and edited.
- The minimum order is €25.
- By default, we place up to a maximum of 120 minutes on a DVD to avoid any loss of quality.
- For DVD transfers, all costs (including the DVD, case, and cover) are already included in the price.
- If you provide your own external hard drive, it must be empty. You can also purchase one from us if desired.
- We do not transfer copyrighted or pornographic material.
- USB sticks provided by customers are not accepted.
