Digitizing Negatives
DigiDat has specialized in high-quality negative digitization in all formats for over 20 years. We work with private individuals, businesses, and government organizations (our references).
All negative transfers are always carried out in our own lab in Belgium, where you can personally deliver and collect your negatives. At DigiDat, you always know where your irreplaceable memories are kept.

Mini-Scan
Low resolution and inexpensive digitization.
What does Mini-Scan include
- Digitization resolution 2 megapixels (1400 dpi)
- File format: jpg..
Archiverings-Scan (onze bestseller)
High quality digitization at 21 megapixels suitable for all applications such as albums, smart TV, PC, Mac etc.
10 times more image points than our Mini-Scan and by applying exposure correction and color restoration your memories revive.
What includes Archiverings-Scan
- Digitization resolution 21 megapixels (4000 dpi).
- Color restoration.
- Exposure correction.
- Removal of black borders around the images.
- Erecting the images if they are portrait shots.
- File format: jpg.
Pro-Scan
Do you wish to get the maximum out of your negatives?
For example, for printing, archiving or other applications that place very high demands on the starting material. Then this is our solution for you.
Through heavy scanning and the use of our ECI technology, which ensures that scratches and dust particles are already filtered out during scanning, we obtain very high-quality digital images.
What includes Pro-Scan?
- Digitalization resolution 21 megapixels (4000 dpi).
- Color restoration.
- Exposure correction.
- Removal of black edges around the images.
- Erecting the images if they are portrait shots.
- Dust and scratch correction via ICE4.
- File format: jpg .

What will negative digitization cost you?
Rates for 35mm (24mm x 36mm) negatives.
For other formats, please contact us. In most cases, we can assist with sizes up to A4.
How to deliver your negatives for digitization?
Via bpost:
If you choose to ship your negatives, ensure secure packaging. Use a sturdy cardboard box filled with newspaper or foam to protect your materials.
Make sure the box is sealed tightly with tape to prevent tearing. Always include the completed
order form with your negatives.
Personal Delivery:
You can deliver your negatives personally to DigiDat by appointment and during designated hours.
This allows us to answer any additional questions and for you to provide instructions for your order.
We will also calculate the costs for digitizing your materials immediately.
